Pay special attention to replacement of meat by milk. Equal in protein content amount of milk will contain also fat, and, first of all, significant quantity of easily digestible carbohydrates. At calculations 1 g of protein gives 4 kcal.
If not to take into account carbohydrates, then a diabetics can drink 0,25 liter of milk. In this case, additional 0,25 liter will contain 12 g of carbohydrates taken into calculations.
Such food products like cheese and cottage cheese contain small quantities of carbohydrates, that is why they are not to be calculated.
